The UTAU distributed on this site shall hereinafter be referred to as “this UTAU.”

When publishing any work created using this UTAU, please include the name of this UTAU in a clearly visible location.
Furthermore, the copyright for all official distribution materials related to this UTAU, including the UTAU data itself and character illustrations provided by the official source (94km/h), belongs to 94km/h. These materials are referred to as “official works.”
Using or modifying any official works—including all distributed or publicly available voice data, image data, etc., such as this UTAU—for training purposes with generative AI is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in the prohibition of using this UTAU or any official works related to it.

Furthermore, this UTAU was created using voice data distributed by some of the following material sites. Therefore, if the terms of these sites change, we may modify our terms of use, alter the UTAU data, or cease distribution. Please be aware of this possibility.

Permitted

  • Publishing videos using UTAU on platforms that allow video uploads

  • Production, sale, distribution, and publication within the scope of doujin activities or personal use

  • Use as a voice actor for characters not belonging to this UTAU's settings or characters

  • Modification and distribution of the oto.ini file

  • Voice processing for song covers, or voice processing for importing into software other than the UTAU software

  • The sale, distribution, or publication of derivative works that include modifications such as costume alterations, original interpretations, or changes to character settings.

Conditional permission

  • Videos or audio that have undergone significant processing of the audio for expressive purposes during production.

If the original UTAU has been substantially altered through g-flag conversion or similar methods, please ensure detailed information is provided.

  • Publish adult fan works such as R18 (NSFW) and R18G (Gore)

 permit posting and distribution, but please ensure all submissions comply with the terms of service of the site where you post. Additionally, please consider minors and apply appropriate labeling or blurring.

  • Use of images distributed by the official source

For any data within distributed files such as character illustrations, or for official works released by official that are intended for third-party use, please ensure the author's credit is always provided. While the images indicate they are available for use, copyright has not been transferred.

Not permitted

  • Unauthorized reproduction that violates the above rules

  • Acts intended to deliberately mislead regarding the author

  • Use for defaming specific individuals, third parties, or organizations

  • Use for political or religious activities

  • Use for criminal acts such as violating public order and morals or infringing rights

  • Distribution of this UTAU to third parties via other sites or SNS without modification

  • Selling goods using official works

  • Training generative AI with official works or secondary creations of this UTAU without the author's permission

  • Production, sale, or distribution of goods for profit by companies or organizations

  • Distribution of UTAU modified or altered from internal voice data
